Mission 11 Clue?

Check this out. Remember a few days ago when I made the post of the new mission. Well I think I have a clue on whats to come. From looking at the picture Billybob gave us, there is a picture of one of the HQ TVs malfunctioning.That TV is the TV for the town. Do you think this means something will happen to the town?
