Grey Penguins....Nope!

Remember a while back when there was the you decide poll with all the gnomes? Well in the picture all the penguins were grey. Most people thought grey would be the next Club Penguin color. Well its not. Let's have Screenhog explain:

"It's not a new penguin color... but we do put the clothes on grey penguins for a reason. Grey is neutral - which means it doesn't look strange next to a different color. If we were to use a yellow or dark blue penguin all the time when we designed clothes, we might end up making a lot of clothing items that look really good on yellow or dark blue penguins, but nothing else! Using a grey penguin gives us the best chance of creating clothing items with colors that work on all penguins."

Here are the cheats for the August Clothing Catalog:

First off, Aqua.....EPIC FAIL! Its looks exactly the same as light blue. At least Lavender or Maroon would better and different. Nobody is happy on who won. Even people who voted for aqua don't like the color. Anyway.....

To find the viking helemets click on the piano. Then to get the blue viking helmet keep clicking the same spot 4 times.

To find the crystal staff click the word penguin.

To find the canteen click the seashell.To find the woodsmen hat click the window.

To find the blue dragon costume click the dragon shadow.

In Other News: Club Penguin is getting ready for the festival of flight! Check out most of the rooms around the island to see what the party will be like. This party will rock.

Music Jam & New Penguin Color

So from all this stuff going on in Club Penguin, the end of July is getting pretty crazy. So lets start off with Music Jam. Members can see everything by going to the Snow Forts and getting an all access pass and heading to the backstage where they can meet the Penguin Band (when on break) and Cadence and buy more instruments.

It also sounds like their will be a special catalog in the gift shop that has instruments. Here are some of the awesome things going on during Music Jam:

• Lighthouse will have the Bubble Pop Stage
• Dock will have the main stage which changes everyday
• The Iceburg will have the Penguin Band preforming
• Ski Village will have the Orca-Straw
• The Cove will have some Easy Island Music

So thats just some of the stuff going on. Now on to something thats pretty cool. From July 24-29, you can go to the Gift Shop and vote for the next penguin color. The colors you can vote from are: Maroon, Aqua, & Lavender. Yeah, I know they arent the best colors but at least they are new.
